These Terms of Service are provided for general informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before production use.

Introduction

These Terms of Service describe the general terms that apply when accessing or using CAi and related services.

Use of the service

You may use CAi only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable documentation, and any agreement entered into with CAi.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorised access, or use CAi for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.

AI-generated responses

CAi uses AI to generate responses and assist with call handling. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring business information, call scripts, and workflows for your use case.

Call handling and third-party integrations

CAi may integrate with phone, calendar, CRM, payment, analytics, and other third-party services. Availability and behaviour of those integrations may depend on third-party providers.

Fees and payments

Fees, billing terms, renewals, and payment obligations are described in the applicable order form, subscription plan, or agreement.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, or external network issues may affect service performance.

Intellectual property

CAi and its platform, branding, software, and documentation are owned by CAi or its licensors. You retain ownership of your business data and content.

Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of their business data and content submitted through the platform.

Privacy

Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

Either party may terminate access according to the applicable agreement. Upon termination, access to the service may be suspended or removed. CAi may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or violations of these Terms.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.

Governing Law
